Part of being a RN is the level of skill required, to conduct your clinical and patient  protocols. However, to grow your clinic you need to add business knowledge to those skills, so that you have the ‘numbers’ confidence to know what to look for, can anticipate issues and know what to do next.

There are four sequential steps to growing your business:

  1. Understand which clinic numbers make you money and which don’t.
  2. Learn how those numbers directly influence your income, expenses and profit.
  3. Focus on growing your clinic revenue, ideally through existing patients.
  4. Spend money on marketing and attracting new patients.

The final, fifth step is finding someone who understands you, your work and can explain those numbers in clear industry-based language that’s been sprinkled with a few laughs.

                    The way we work with you is different

                    OUR PROGRAM CONSISTS OF THREE PARTS

                    1. An initial, 90-minute one-on-one private strategy session to discuss your vision, your goals and growth plans.
                    2. A 90-minute group Zoom with other nurses doing the program, to learn new principles and different ways to implement them. This meeting occurs monthly (total of 3), over the 12-week period.
                    3. Your second monthly call is a 90-minute one-on-one Zoom to privately discuss your numbers and your implementation process. This meeting occurs monthly (total of 3), over the 12-week period.

                    Parts 2 and 3 form the monthly meeting pattens for each month for the 3-month period. This ensures consistency, and that you receive personalised support. (6 meetings spread over a the total 12-weeks).

                    Pricing for the program is $300+GST per clinic, per week, for the 12-week program.
